Evelyn Twentoh is a seasoned People & Organizational Success Specialist with over 15 years of experience in Credit Administration, Quality Control Management, Operations Management, Communications, and General Administrative Management. She has excellent problem-solving skills and is proficient in using modern technological tools for analysis and interpretation of big data for efficient and effective decision-making.

Evelyn is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote a strong culture within Heritors Labs. She works with employees to identify and develop their strengths, and she provides coaching and mentoring to help them reach their full potential. Evelyn also plays a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Evelyn aspires to build a world-class HR department at Heritors Labs. She believes that HR can play a strategic role in the company’s success, and she is committed to using her skills and experience to make a positive impact. Evelyn is also passionate about continuous learning and development, and she is always looking for ways to improve her skills and knowledge.

In her spare time, Evelyn enjoys listening to educational radio programs and current affairs. She also has a keen interest in cars and their distinct features.

Evelyn holds an MBA in General Management from KNUST and a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Psychology, and Education from the University of Cape Coast. She has also participated in several development programs and workshops, such as Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Care.
