Ghana Official Assets Repository Programme (GOARP)

Policy and institutional transformationEngagement lead: Derrydean Dadzie

Context

A national asset-management initiative needed a clear conceptual framework and a feasible approach to implementation.

The challenge

The assignment concerned how to organize, govern and implement a more systematic approach to official state-asset management.

Our contribution

Derrydean Dadzie led the assignment as the consultant engaged by the Office of the Administrator-General, refining the GOARP framework and researching implementation pathways.

What we delivered

State-asset research and international benchmarking, a refined GOARP framework, implementation-pathway analysis and consolidated consultancy reports.

Outcome

The assignment produced a documented program-design basis for decisions on state-asset governance and implementation. The delivered work was research and program design; a deployed national repository is not part of this delivery record.

Evidence

Based on the award record, state-asset research and consolidated consultancy report. Related report summaries are available in the research library.
